Flags to Fly at Half-Staff to Honor Victims of Minneapolis Tragedy

LINCOLN, NE – Governor Jim Pillen, in accordance with a directive from President Donald J. Trump, has ordered that all U.S. and state flags shall be flown at half-staff until sunset, August 31, 2025.

“Suzanne and I are horrified by the news coming out of Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis,” said Gov. Pillen. “We are absolutely heartbroken for the families and community. We will continue to pray for the students, teachers, and others affected by this senseless act of violence.”
